Full frame camera + macro lens + tri-pod + beautiful flowers = magic...

My husband bought me a macro lens about ten years ago and I love busting it out for flowers! I love setting my camera in live view mode and mounting it on a tri-pod. I enjoy composing the image and snapping the shot. I like to shoot as wide open as I can, for that shallow depth of field and beautiful bokeh. I also like to shoot with a fast shutter speed, to capture a super dark background. I don't know about you but I could geek out on these colors, all day long!
